Bronze casting sculpture is produced employing Japanese casting techniques, in which materials are characterized by good workability. The bronze is melted at 1,200 to 1,300 °C and poured into a sand mould for natural cooling. When temperature decreases and bronze hardens, the sand mould is broken with a hammer, and the metal cast is removed to be carefully polished. This entire process is done by hand.

The bronze oxidizes, darkens, and is verdigrised, changing its features over time. The product reflects the feeling of finding beauty and value in the ephemeral nature of all things, subject to decay and transition. Not only does the sculpture function as a side table or stool, but it also stands out as an independent object, or rather artwork.
